About Brent Friends of the Earth

Background
Brent Friends of the Earth was formed in 2006 by Loretta Bradley. Since then, the group has gone from strength to strength and we currently have around fifteen active members. Brent FoE is a diverse group of people with different backgrounds and skills, but we all share the wish to protect and improve our local environment.
Our activities include running stalls, holding public meetings, meeting with the council and arranging photo events with the local press. Recent campaigns have focused on climate change, Heathrow expansion and biofuels. We have also recently run a highly successful week of events at the Tricycle Cinema based around the environmental film, The Age of Stupid.
Brent FoE is currently co-ordinated by Jennifer Rea and we are always keen to hear from new members. If you would like to get involved, get in touch!
