Trick or Treat?
Brent FoE members challenged MP Dawn Butler to give them a “treat” of strong action on climate change this Halloween.
The group urged Dawn to write to Gordon Brown to ensure a strong and just agreement at UN talks in Copenhagenthis December as part of FoE’s Demand Climate Change campaign, and treated the public to climate changed-themed “trick
or treat” magic, Fairtrade chocolates and energy saving light bulbs at their Halloween stall in Wembley.

The Wave and Copenhagen
Brent FoE members joined a 40,000 strong demonstration, The Wave, in London on December 5th. This called on world leaders to take urgent action to secure a strong and just deal at the UN talks in Copenhagen.
